It seems AKA has agreed with detectorists' demands to have Minor Software updates to be installed on Signum MFT without DEEP program.

Signum MFT + Minor software updates + DEEP program = Signum MFD.

    Minor software updates
    1. Shifting frequency away from resonance could be done within 10% on top of coil's frequency. Signum's sharpness will be reduced but metal detector becomes less liable to EMI. Shifting frequency leads to better Signum behavior on mineralized soils, trashy sites etc.
    2. ST Duration. Each program has its own ST Duration setting.
    3. RT volume is assigned to 9 points (RT on 4 is equal to RT present in Signum MFT firmware version 1.00c). Each program has its own RT setting.
    4. GS Filter 1 point is assigned to 0,25 degree, instead of 1 point for 1 degree that is available in Signum MFT firmware version 1.00c. Each program has its own GS Filter setting.
    5. Ground Balance 1 point is assigned to 0,5 degree.
    6. NEW Setting "GS Zone" is added.
    7. Backlight could be set to a minimum level.
    8. Backlight could be switched on and off by long pressing button "Volume".
    9. Each program has its own Economy mode setting.
    10. RT-M sound scheme is reworked.
    11. NEW Sound scheme "RT-M99" is added
    12. WS Volume is extended up to 15 points. Previous firmware versions were supplied with WS Volume that could be set up to 9 only. WS Volume on 15 is equal to the volume of the strongest signal. WS Vol. was added by demands of those who practice hunting without headphones
    13. GS Zone in Program №1 is set on 16 (equal to 4 degrees) by default. Since program №1 is for beginners mostly, metal detector with GS Zone set on 16 is more friendly and Signum MFT is calmer on bad grounds
